Houses@LHC
Each student is assigned to one of the 8 College Houses
on enrolment. The College Houses are named after a
signi昀椀cant woman in the life of the College. It is in these
Houses that students develop a heightened sense of
community and participate in a range of team building
activities. Home Groups are an important part of the House
structure.
12
Students are placed in Home Groups of approximately 24
students with a Home Group Teacher who has a particular
interest in and responsibility for their welfare. The Home
Groups comprise students from Year 7 through to Year
12 and students will remain in the same Home Group
throughout their Lourdes Hill College journey. House
Pastoral Leaders work with Home Group teachers to
support student wellbeing, build connection to the College
and develop opportunities for student leadership.
