Placing an order for the Library
Replacement Student ID Cards can be ordered through the
Library Shop at any time. Orders placed before 1:15pm will
be available for collection from the Library Desk on the
next school day. Orders placed after 1:15pm will be processed the following day and available for collection the
following day.
Placing an Order
1. Click on the Library Items category and select ‘ID Card’
by clicking on the + sign next to the item.
2. Select Summary & Checkout.
3. Follow the on screen instructions to select your
payment option. You have two methods to choose
from:
• Your My Monitor Account – funds previously added
through My Monitor.
• Credit Card – through the Payment Express secure
site.
4. Once payment has been processed you will be emailed
a receipt from My Monitor con昀椀rming your order
details.
Cancelling an order
1. Orders can be cancelled provided the shop order
deadline for the day has not passed.
2. Log back into the Online Shop and click on the
menu button at the top left-hand side of the screen.
3. Choose see/manage paid orders.
4. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on Cancel
order, then click OK to con昀椀rm your cancellation.
5. All monies used for the order will be refunded back to
the original payment method.
Additional Options
Saving an order as a package
1. Upon creating an order (with at least two items) which
you believe you may use again in the future you can
create your own package by clicking the Save items as
package button in the cart section.
2. Enter a name for your package.
3. Click OK to save the package for future use.
4. The package will then show in the My Packages list
under the Categories section for that shop.
Multiple orders/siblings
1. Individual children can be selected by clicking their
name from the buttons at the top of the screen. Once
selected this button will turn green.
2. Make your order as per the process outlined above.
3. If you would like to copy an order from one child to
another click the Copy cart to another child button.
4. Choose which days you would like to copy and to
which child.
5. You will notice that the cart total will increase to
re昀氀ect the Grand Total across all days and daughters
for which orders have been made.
6. Once your order is complete select Summary &
Checkout.
7. Follow on screen instructions to process your
payment.
