Balance notifications
My Monitor can send you an email noti昀椀cation when your Account balance falls below a pre-set amount. To set up a
noti昀椀cation, follow these steps.
1. Choose the Account you wish to set up the noti昀椀cation for and click on the green Options button.
2. To turn on the email noti昀椀cation, check the box and enter your pre-set balance amount.
3. Choose the email address for the noti昀椀cation to be sent to. This can be your usual email address, or you can choose
to add a second email address as well.
4. Click Save to set your noti昀椀cation details.
5. If you wish to cancel the noti昀椀cations, simply uncheck the noti昀椀cation box for the account and save this new set up.
Placing Online Click & Collect Orders - Café de Lourdes, Uniform Shop & Library
The College’s Online Shops are accessed by clicking the LHC Online Shop link at the top of your My Monitor page.
You can then choose to access Café de Lourdes, the Uniform Shop or the Library.
Placing an order for Café de Lourdes
You are able to make online orders for Breakfast, Morning Tea and Lunch up to 31 days in advance. Orders for the current
day close at 6:45am for Breakfast and 9:00am for Morning Tea and Lunch.
Placing an Order
1. Choose when you would like to pick up the order – Breakfast, Morning Tea or Lunch. Then choose the day from the
calendar that the order is for pick up.
2. Select items from each of the Food / Drink categories by clicking on the + sign next to each item.
3. Adding an item more than once will increase the quantity in your cart. You can decrease the quantity by clicking the
– sign next to that item in your cart.
4. If you would like to remove an item from your cart click on the bin sign next to that item.
5. You can add items for a different day by clicking Change date at the top of the screen.
6. You can copy your order to another day by clicking Copy cart to another day in the cart section.
7. Once your oder is complete select Summary & Checkout.
8. Follow the on screen instructions to select your payment option. You have two methods to choose from:
• Your My Monitor Account – funds previously added through My Monitor.
• Credit Card – through the Payment Express secure site.
9. Once payment has been processed you will be emailed a receipt from My Monitor con昀椀rming your order details.
