My Monitor
Accessing Your Account & Using Click & Collect
My Monitor can be accessed through the My LHC section
of the College Website, click ‘My LHC’, then select the “My
Monitor” button.
Using Your Account
My Monitor provides you with a range of capabilities.
Add funds to an account
1. You have the option to allocate funds to:
• Your parent account - which can be used for online orders or to
transfer money to your student’s account at a later date.
• Your student’s account - the account linked to their student
card (the one she uses for all onsite purchases)
Choose the account you want to add funds to and click on the
green Add Value button.
2. Choose a pre-set amount button or enter a value in the
Other Amount box.
3. Click the Pay button. You will be transferred to the Payment
Express secure site.
4. Enter your credit card details on the secure site.
5. When the payment is successful you will be redirected back
to My Monitor. You will see a screen saying “Your payment
was successful”. My Monitor will also send you a Payment
Receipt email.
6. Click OK to go back to the main page. You will see the
amount added to your nominated account.
Transferring funds between accounts
1. Find the source account from which you wish to transfer
funds.
2. Click the source account’s Transfer Value button. This opens
the transfer value page.
3. Select the account you want to transfer funds to.
4. Select the amount you want to transfer. Either by clicking a
pre-set amount or entering the value in the Other Amount
box.
5. Click the Transfer Value button. You will see a screen saying
Your funds were transferred successfully.
6. Click the OK button to return to the main page.
Log in to your My Monitor account with your username
(5 digit Parent Code) and usual password. Contact the IT
department at the College on 3399 0566 if you need
help with your Parent Code or password.
Please note that no transaction fees apply to payments
made by credit card through the
‘My Monitor’ site.

Locking/unlocking an account
1. Find the account you want to lock.
2. Click the Lock button. You will see a dialogue box asking
you to con昀椀rm the lock.
3. Click OK to lock the account.
4. The account line will be printed in red and you will see an
Unlock button beside it.
5. To unlock an account, click the Unlock button and con昀椀rm
you want to unlock it.
Displaying Account Statements
My Monitor allows parents and students to request summary or
detailed statements:
1. Choose the Account you want to check.
2. Click the purple View Statements link for this account.
3. Choose the Statement Type you want: either Summary or
Detail.
4. Enter the date range you want to report on. You have the
following choices:
• A speci昀椀c date range • The last few days
• The last few weeks
• The last few months
5. Click the View Statement button, this will display the
statement.
6. When you have 昀椀nished with the statement, click the Back
to Statements Page link. You will return to the statement
page.
7. If you want to display another statement for your chosen
account, go back to step 4, otherwise click the Cancel
button to return the main page.
