Parent Lounge Events and Payments

on the left hand side.
How to Approve and Pay for School Activities
Online
Parent Lounge is the online portal for Parents/Caregivers
to access their College accounts, student reports and
assessment information and pay fees. Approval and
payment for your daughter’s school activities can be
completed online by logging into Parent Lounge.
1. To access Parent Lounge, select “My LHC” from the
College website

Select the “Parent Lounge” button and log into your
account using your 5 digit Parent
Code and password. Contact the IT department at the
College on 3399 0566 if you need
help with your Parent Code or password.
Your student’s current activities will be listed. You
can view the details of each activity, check the cost,
review the terms and conditions and verify your their
medical details by clicking on the links.
To approve or decline an activity, click on the drop
down box, select either “Accept” or “Decline” and hit
the Save button. If you have accepted an activity
which includes a cost, payment must be made by
clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button.
Payment for all activities is required immediately
– please note your approval of the activity will not
be processed and your student will not be able to
participate until payment is made.

Tuition Fees
Information on 2025 tuition fees and methods of payment
will be separately communicated through the LHC Finance
Package in the 昀椀rst week of December. If you have any
